Just six months ago, when we published our first story about Europe’s big music fest Eurovision, our first artist of the month said “yes” to being featured, and our first paid subscribers came on board. Now, this wasn’t in any way a New Year’s resolution at the beginning of this year, which taught us to be more intuitive and follow signs. However, we were so overwhelmed with the unexpected love and support that we received, that we decided to give it a try, experiment a bit and see where we land. So now that we are six months into it, we can proudly say that we created a digital publication!
Hence, this December while nature around us is dying, and the feeling in the air is one of slowing down and hibernation, instead of throwing a big party and announcing another featured artist of the month, we decided to officially launch Tarantula: Authors and Art by a slight change in name and by spending more time with our favorite authors and artists that supported us on the way. After all, one of our goals is to create a supportive community.
And now, without further delay, we want to thank all of the artists that joined us since June, and to reintroduce them to you, our dear readers.
Thank you for all your support!

If you know someone who would enjoy what we write about, please spread the word or get them a gift subscription for the upcoming year. With the financial support, we will be able to support our writers and authors, invest in materials, as well as plan a launch of our first paper copy of the magazine. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
Did you ever wonder what lies behind the name Tarantula? Stay tuned!
